ED seeks seven days remand of Arvind Kejriwal from court

New Delhi: Arvind Kejriwal’s remand is ending today after ED’s arrest in the Delhi Liquor Policy Scam case. Arvind Kejriwal has reached Rouse Avenue Court for appearance. After which the hearing has started in the court. In the hearing, ASG SV Raju and special counsel Zoheb Hussain appeared through VC on behalf of ED. Senior lawyer Ramesh Gupta appeared in the court on behalf of Kejriwal. In view of the presence of the Chief Minister of Delhi, the police have made elaborate security arrangements.

ED asked for seven days remand of Kejriwal

Now Kejriwal has to face some more people. ED has asked the court for 7 days’ custody of Kejriwal.

ED accuses you of accepting bribe

Kejriwal said that Reddy donated Rs 55 crore to BJP and I have evidence that this racket is going on. After being arrested, he donated Rs 50 crore to BJP. Kejriwal said that no matter how many days the ED keeps us on remand, we have no objection.

Kejriwal now mentioned the statement of Raghav Magunta

Kejriwal has now mentioned the statement of Raghav Magunta. He has 5 statements, he says only what he has said. After her father changed his statement, she was given the cord. These six statements, in which he did not say anything about me, were not brought on record.

Kejriwal’s wife also present in the court

During this, his wife Sunita is also present in the court. Apart from this, Delhi government ministers Saurabh Bhardwaj and Atishi are also seen in the court. Speaking on LG’s statement, Kejriwal said that this is a political conspiracy and the public will respond to it. Police have converted the area around New Delhi and Rouse Avenue Court into a cantonment. After receiving news of protest by Aam Aadmi Party leaders and workers, police and paramilitary forces have been deployed for security. In view of the security arrangements, about 1000 personnel of Delhi Police and paramilitary forces have been deployed.
