Pannun threatens India, ‘Will attack Indian Parliament in December or before

Our Gorpatvan Singh, Pannu, the US-based, Khalistani terrorist, has released another video and said that he would attack the Indian Parliament on or before December 13th. He said a conspiracy to kill him by the Indian agencies had failed. Notably, December 13th will be the 22nd anniversary of the terror attack on Parliament in the year 2001. Gorpatvan Singh Pannu is one of the founders of a US-based separatist group, Seeks for Justice. Pannu released a video that featured a poster with his photo alongside Aval Guru, the terrorist who attacked the Indian Parliament and was hanged in 2013.

In the clip, Pannu threatened action that he said will shake the very foundations of Parliament. The Indian Parliament’s winter session got underway on Monday and is scheduled to end on December 22nd. Indian security agencies have beefed up security in and around the national capital of New Delhi. The development comes days after the US charged an Indian man of attempting to kill the Khalistani leader on American soil. India, disassociated with the incident and expressed concern over being associated with the alleged plot.

Us State Department spokeperson Matthew Miller stated, Washington will wait to see results of New Delhi’s investigation.

It’s a new thing to see. You have any. But I also made clear that we have noted at the most senior levels of this government, the Secretary of State has raised this directly with his foreign counterpart that we take this issue very seriously. They told us they would conduct an investigation. They have publicly announced an investigation, and now we’ll wait to see the results of the investigation. But it’s something we take very seriously.
