Pixel 9 Pro Fold Launched in India for ₹1,72,999, Competing with Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Vivo X Fold 3 Pro

Google has officially launched the Pixel 9 Pro Fold in India, priced at ₹1,72,999. This marks the first time a Pixel Fold device is available in the country, intensifying the competition in the foldable smartphone market. The Pixel 9 Pro Fold enters the arena alongside other major players like Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Vivo’s X Fold 3 Pro.

Pixel 9 Pro Fold Specifications:

  • Displays: The device features a 6.3-inch OLED cover display and an 8-inch LTPO AMOLED main display, both offering a peak brightness of 2,700 nits and a 120Hz refresh rate.
  • Processor: Powered by the Tensor G4 chipset and the Titan M2 security chip.
  • Battery: It has a 4,650mAh battery with support for up to 45W wired charging (charger not included).
  • Cameras: The rear camera setup includes a 48MP primary, 10.5MP ultra-wide, and 10.8MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom and 20x Super Res zoom. Additionally, there are 10MP cameras on both the cover and inner displays.

  • Durability and Build: It features a carbon fiber hinge designed to withstand 100 folds daily for over 12 years, with a glass front, glass fiber back, and aluminum alloy frame.
