The actor, who was struggling with life and death, breathed his last at 12:00 am last night. He was admitted to Tunga Hospital in Mumbai and his final rites will be performed on December 5th. The entire star cast of the long-running CID show is currently at Federic, alias Dinesh Ji residence. According to media reports, Dinesh Ji’s condition was critical, and he was on ventilator support due to liver damage. Earlier, there were reports of the actor suffering from a heart attack.
His closest friend and actor, Dayanand Shetty, had previously ruled it out, mentioning that he had liver damage. Dayanand Shetty, his close friend, spoke to Times and confirmed after his demise that yes, he is no more. It was around 12:08 AM when this happened. His final rites will take place at his residence today. Nearly all the members of the CID team are currently present here. It’s important to note that all of Dinesh Ji’s close friends from CID are present, having worked with him. The news of Dinesh Ji’s death has deeply saddened many stars in the television industry.
