The BYU women's basketball team in the 2023-24 season witnessed no surprises when it came to the two players who logged the highest number of minutes on the court.

Senior veterans Lauren Gustin and Kaylee Smiler, with 1,177 and 1,105 minutes respectively, were widely recognized as crucial contributors.

However, the unexpected player who has accumulated the third-highest number of minutes for the Cougars is none other than freshman Kailey Woolston.

Woolston, a former standout player at Lone Peak, accumulated a total of 1,067 minutes on the court this season. Throughout the games, she showcased her skills by averaging an impressive 13.3 points

per game and successfully sinking 174 3-pointers. Additionally, she displayed her versatility by ranking third in assists and steals, and fourth in rebounds among her teammates.
