Issued by Sector 53 police station on Saturday under section 41A (notice of appearance before police) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
According to ACP Sadar Kapil Ahlawat, a case has been registered against eight to 10 people including Elvish Yadav.
The matter came to light when Thakur, known as 'Maxturn' on YouTube, posted a video claiming that he was beaten up by Elvish Yadav.
