Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 22nd July 2024 Written Episode Update: The episode begins with Armaan saying, “How could I break your heart, Rohit? Trust me, I did it for everyone’s happiness.” Rohit replies, “That’s a lie. Ruhi wasn’t happy, and neither were we. I had to leave my family because of you. You aren’t part of our family.” Everyone looks worried. Armaan holds Abhira’s hand, and she cries. Rohit continues, “I shared everything with you—Mom and Dad’s love, their blessings, joy, and tears. You don’t deserve any of it. I wanted to make a fresh start, but your betrayal weakened me. I couldn’t do anything. You’re just a stepbrother, and Dadi is right.”
Madhav shouts, “Rohit!” Rohit, crying, says, “See, my dad is scolding me because of you. My wife doesn’t love me because of you. An older brother should be like a god, but you’re like a devil.” Everyone looks worried. Rohit continues, “I’ve never seen someone as selfish, lying, and deceitful as you.” Madhav tries to slap Rohit, but Dadi stops him, saying, “Don’t dare to touch my grandson, or you’ll see my fury.” Rohit says, “I’m not coming back. I’m leaving.” Dadi says, “No, this is your house.” She asks the kids to take Rohit inside. They do, and Armaan and everyone else leave.
Dadi sees Abhira approaching and shuts the door. Abhira stops her and says, “Let me talk to Rohit once.” Dadi asks, “How will you talk? You didn’t want to come inside the house. You got greedy for comfort.” Abhira replies, “I’m not greedy. I’ve got something precious—Armaan’s love. I can’t see him in tears, and I won’t let that happen.” Dadi asks, “Who gave you the right to speak between us?” Abhira says, “You’ll regret it a lot when the family falls apart.” Armaan thinks of Rohit and cries. The song “Tera Yaar Hoon Main” plays.
Abhira wipes his tears. Armaan says, “You warned me many times not to see Rohit. I didn’t listen. I’m sorry. He hates me.” Abhira says, “He’s angry. He doesn’t hate you.” Armaan replies, “He said he hates me.” Abhira explains, “When you hurt me, I felt annoyed too, but I didn’t hate you. Rohit is just annoyed. He doesn’t hate you. Give them some time.” Armaan asks, “Will everything be okay?” She thinks it will happen if Dadi agrees and consoles him.
Dadi says, “I won’t let Rohit leave.” Kajal responds, “It won’t be easy to make him stay. We need a strong reason. We should call Ruhi back,” Madhav and Vidya say as they enter. Madhav says, “Rohit will get angrier seeing Ruhi, and Armaan and Abhira’s relationship will suffer.” Dadi argues with him.
Ruhi says, “I’m going to Shivani’s house. I need to stay away from here.” Manish says, “I’ll miss you a lot.” She hugs him and says thanks. They see Dadi coming, who smiles and says, “I came to pick you up. Come home.” They are shocked.
Rohit goes out and says, “I have no other option.” Abhira stops him, saying, “You left without telling anyone, and even today, you don’t know what happened to everyone. When we heard about your car accident, everyone was worried sick.” Rohit replies, “They will learn to live. It doesn’t matter. I have no problem with you. We were betrayed, and I can’t forgive that. Sorry, I can’t stay here.” She opens the gate and says, “No, the storm that will come now will be your responsibility.” Everyone comes and watches.
